This review is for my service technician, Ian (#60), up in Putnam/Dutchess county. I had a pinhole leak on Thanksgiving morning that resulted in my boiler's electronic panel getting fried, making me dead in the water. not the way to start the holiday weekend. an emergency call placed at 7:00 am and I was lucky to get Ian at my house later that morning. He fixed the issue, replaced the parts that were shot, educated me along the way and I was back up and running in just a few hours. Incredible to have this resolved first thing on the start of a holiday weekend. Emergency boiler service... 5 stars
